Who can use this feature?

All MetaField users

Purpose

MetaField Training Center offers tools to help you learn the app and make the most of each release, including an in-app Resource Center that houses all your training content and everything you need to get up to speed in MetaField.

This article explains how to access that training content.

Accessing the Resource Center

Desktop

Click the "?" icon in your left-hand navigation to open the in-app Resource Center. It includes the following sections:

• Getting Started – Simple guidance to get familiar with MetaField
• What's New – Announcements on the latest release and features
• Role-Based Training – Step-by-step trainings for Field staff, Lab staff, Schedulers, and MetaField Admins. These open in a separate browser tab — once you're done, just close it to return to your MetaField tab.
• Help Articles – A searchable list of educational articles and videos on using MetaField
• Feedback – A place to share feedback and suggestions on our Help content

Mobile

Tap the hamburger icon (☰) to open your main nav, then tap Help Desk. This is a more streamlined experience built for mobile, with three sections:

• Help Articles
• Role-Based Training
• What's New

Note: Getting Started and Feedback are currently available on desktop only.
