Signature Name fields allow users to update their signature name in cases where their legal name differs from the name on their User record. This will be the signature name shown on reports finalized and signed with MetaField Mark, including:

• MetaField Mark Simple
• MetaField Mark Certified
• Signature Block

Users with MetaField Mark Simple can update their signature and seal images. If you would like to use MetaField Mark Simple but do not have a place to upload images, reach out to your MetaField User Administrator.

Users with MetaField Mark Certified can access a link that will redirect them to DocuSign to update their Certified Images. If you would like to use MetaField Mark Certified but do not have the link available, reach out to your MetaField User Administrator.
