Lab Workflow
Open Fence Diagram from Lab Test Assignment
Added the ability to open a Fence Diagram in a new tab directly from the Lab Test Assignment screen, allowing lab technicians to quickly reference subsurface data without leaving their workflow.
Test Assignment Performance
Fixed a critical issue in DIY LIMS where test assignments could stall for 1–2 minutes and eventually time out, resulting in unsaved data and specimens remaining stuck in the queue.
Test assignments now complete quickly and save reliably.
Print Test List Performance
Improved performance when loading the Print Test List preview. Previously, some labs experienced load times of up to a minute; the preview now loads quickly when accessed from the To Test queue.
Boring Log Samples in Lab Test Assignment
Fixed an issue where boring log samples with a “Done” status did not appear in the Lab Test Assignment screen. These samples now display correctly.
Filtering in Tests to Assign Queue
Fixed an issue where applying filters in the Tests to Assign queue returned all records instead of the filtered results. Also resolved unnecessary extra log space being created.
Error in LIMS Other Work Materials Queue
Required Fields Blocking "Untested" Save
Resolved a problem where required fields within form sections prevented saving a test marked as Untested during QC Review.
Marking a test as Untested now clears data and saves successfully, regardless of form layout.
Reports & Boring Logs
Hide Empty Columns on All Table Types
Expanded the Hide When Empty column option to support Vertical Tables, Horizontal Tables, and Multi Record Grids.
Columns without data are now automatically suppressed across all table types, helping keep generated PDFs clean and concise.
Remarks Bleeding Over Other Fields in Boring Logs
Addressed a layout issue where long remark text overflowed into adjacent fields in boring log previews and PDFs. Rendering now displays correctly.
Test List Report Project Number Accuracy
Corrected an issue where test list reports displayed the same project number for all records, even when records belonged to different projects.
Each row now shows the correct project number.
Custom Placeholder Error When Finalizing Reports
Resolved an Object Reference error that occurred when finalizing reports using certain custom form placeholders in the description.
Field Data & Forms
ADJUSTEDSLOPE and ADJUSTEDINTERCEPT in Calculated Fields
Added support for ADJUSTEDSLOPE and ADJUSTEDINTERCEPT in Number calculated field expressions.
These functions pull engineer-adjusted trendline values from Mohr circle chart fields, allowing downstream calculations to reflect manual adjustments in real time.
Removing a Sample from a Boring Log Now Soft-Deletes It
Updated behavior when removing samples from a Boring Log form. Samples are now automatically soft-deleted and no longer appear in the Review module.
If a sample has already been received in the lab, it is removed from the form but retained in the system, with a prompt to resolve it manually in the Lab module.
Form Export/Import with Related Test Value Field Settings
Resolved an error that occurred when exporting and re-importing test form designs using the Related Test Value field setting. This workflow now completes successfully.
Project Administration
Mix Design List Filtered by Sample Type
Enhanced the Mix Design dropdown in C/G/M Sample Specifications to filter results based on the selected sample type (Concrete, Grout, or Mortar), making it easier to locate the appropriate mix design.
Standard Defaults Not Pre-Populating on C/G/M Forms
Corrected an issue where default standards for Air, Temperature, Slump, and Spread did not auto-populate on configurable C/G/M sample forms. Defaults now apply as expected.
PM Dashboard Open Discrepancies Count
Aligned the "Open Discrepancies" metric on the PM Dashboard with the legacy dashboard so both now report consistent values.
